LSA setup and verification
We check business eligibility, the onboarding dashboard and outstanding verification requirements before planning a launch. Depending on category and location, screening can include business, background, license or insurance checks and a connection to the correct Google Business Profile.
Our work is to organize the requirements, review consistency and help the owner complete the requested steps. We confirm the applicable dashboard requirements rather than assuming every category follows the same checklist.
Budget, bidding and service areas
The starting budget should fit the jobs you want and the capacity you can serve. We review job types, service areas, working hours and the team's ability to respond before setting account priorities.
Ongoing management compares spend with lead quality and booked work. We review the available bidding settings and make changes from the account's data. A larger budget is not the first answer when the business is receiving inquiries it cannot service or losing calls before a booking.
Lead quality, feedback and credits
We review the lead record, service requested and reason an inquiry did or did not become a job. This separates an irrelevant contact from a useful inquiry that the business failed to answer, quote or book.
Google uses automated lead credits for eligible LSA accounts and categories. We monitor credit decisions, use the feedback options available in the dashboard and review unresolved issues with support where appropriate. We do not promise that every unbooked or unwanted lead qualifies for a refund.
Booking rate and cost per lead coaching
A lead has value only when the business can respond and deliver the work. Coaching reviews the path from inquiry to answered call, qualified job, quote and booking. We use the team's actual records to identify where opportunities are being lost.
We distinguish advertising cost per lead from cost per booked job. A low-cost inquiry that never turns into work can be less useful than a more expensive inquiry the team reliably converts. Where revenue data is available, we connect it to the account review; where it is incomplete, we name that limitation.
Reviews, responsiveness and profile quality
Google's LSA ranking guidance includes bidding, relevance, responsiveness and profile quality. Rating, review volume, images and completed verification checks can contribute to profile quality. These factors do not establish a fixed cost per lead.
We review genuine customer reviews and response handling alongside the advertising settings. A weak review score or unanswered calls needs an operational plan, not simply a budget increase. We help the owner establish a realistic review-request and response process.
A clear reporting rhythm
We agree on the information the business can provide and the decisions the report needs to support. Lead count, charges, credits, booking rate and booked-job costs are reviewed together instead of being presented as disconnected totals.
A regular review identifies the next action: adjust coverage, improve response handling, investigate a verification issue or reconsider spend. We keep organic GBP results separate from paid LSA leads so the owner can see what each channel contributes.
The owner also needs to know which jobs the team declined and why. We can review service fit, scheduling limits and follow-up alongside the lead records. That context prevents an account report from presenting every inquiry as either a success or an advertising failure without considering what happened after contact.
Pricing: launch, management or coaching
A launch project covers the agreed verification preparation and setup work. Monthly management covers ongoing account priorities and performance reviews. Coaching is available for an owner or team that keeps day-to-day account control.
Advertising spend is separate from our service fee. The quote states which accounts, locations and reporting tasks are included. Advanced Verification or a suspended Business Profile may need a separate recovery project before advertising can move forward.
Common questions
How much do Local Services Ads cost per lead?
Cost varies by market, service, competition, bidding and account performance. We use the account's actual data and review cost per booked job as well as cost per lead.
How long does LSA verification take?
Timing depends on the checks required, document readiness and the parties reviewing them. We review the dashboard first and identify dependencies, including any separate Advanced Verification request.
Can I dispute a bad lead?
The applicable process depends on account, category and market. Eligible accounts use Google's automated credits and dashboard feedback. We review the current options and decisions; an unbooked job does not automatically qualify for credit.
Do reviews affect my LSA ranking?
Google includes rating and review count among profile-quality factors. We review them alongside response handling, relevance and bidding. We do not claim that a particular rating guarantees a lead price or ad position.
