When you need verification help
You may be creating your first Google Business Profile, trying to claim an existing listing, returning after a failed verification or responding to a new request on a profile you already manage. The next step depends on the status you see and the history of the account.
We review the actual request before recommending another attempt. A pending review, rejected video, ownership issue and suspended profile are different problems. We ask for the profile link, current status and relevant messages so the preparation addresses the issue in front of you.
Verification methods Google offers
Google determines which verification methods are available for a profile. Options can include phone, text, email, mail, video recording or a live video call; availability varies, and some businesses need more than one method.
We help you prepare for the option shown in your account. We cannot choose a faster method on Google's behalf or bypass the request. If you have already submitted evidence, we review the status and any response before planning further action.

What to show in a verification video
Google's video review looks for evidence of the location, the business and your authority to manage it. A service-area business can show its operating location, work equipment and access to business-only assets. A storefront needs evidence appropriate to its customer-facing premises.
We help the owner plan the evidence before recording. The verification video must be recorded through Google's process as one continuous, unedited recording. It is not a promotional film, and we do not replace the owner's proof with a prepared marketing video.
Service-area and home-based businesses
A business that visits customers needs preparation that reflects how it really operates. We review the private operating address, service coverage, business documents and the equipment available for the verification step. The goal is to explain a real operation clearly.
If customers do not visit your address, Google says that address should not be displayed publicly on the profile. We check the business type before making address changes. A home-based operation should not be described as a staffed shop just to make the verification look simpler.
Why verification fails or gets rejected
We review the reason given, the evidence used and the information visible in the profile. Missing location context, unclear business identity or insufficient proof of management can leave the reviewer without a complete picture.
Our work can include correcting inconsistent details, planning clearer operational proof and checking that the next attempt addresses the stated issue. We keep a record of previous steps so a new submission is based on the account's history rather than another generic checklist.
We ask the owner to describe what was actually shown, which account was used and what changed between attempts. A screenshot of the current message is more useful than a guess about why the profile was rejected. This lets us identify the information still missing without asking the owner to repeat every step.
If the review reveals an ownership or suspension problem, we explain that dependency before quoting another verification attempt. The project should solve the current obstacle. We do not continue with a video plan when the account first needs access restored or a separate restriction addressed.
Locksmith or garage door business? Check the separate advertising review
Google Business Profile verification relates to your listing in Search and Maps. Advanced Verification is a separate review connected to Google advertising for specified locksmith and garage door businesses. One process does not automatically replace the other.
We can coordinate the preparation across the profile, website and advertising account, while keeping the requirements distinct. If your immediate problem is an advertising rejection, use our Advanced Verification service. If the profile itself is suspended, begin with suspension recovery.
Our process and timeline
We start with a profile and ownership review, identify gaps in the available evidence and agree on the preparation work. The owner then completes any step that requires access to the premises, equipment or a personal verification request.
We help interpret Google's response and plan the next eligible action. Preparation time and Google's review time are separate. A change of business information, an earlier rejection or an ownership problem can add work, so the project plan records dependencies before setting expectations.
The preparation plan gives each person a clear role. We review the profile and evidence, identify the corrections included in the scope and explain the proposed sequence. The owner confirms the business facts, provides authentic operational proof and completes steps that require their presence or access.
If you operate from several locations, we review each affected profile rather than assuming one approval explains the status of the others. We record the relevant location, managing account and request. This helps keep evidence for different operations separate and avoids sending a generic response that does not match the profile under review.
At the end of the engagement, we review the status with you and identify any remaining action. Once the profile is active, ongoing categories, services, reviews and local visibility work belongs to GBP & Local SEO. Keeping those scopes clear makes it easier to decide what the business needs next.
What we need from you
Send the profile link and the exact status or message you see. We also need the business name, type of operation, website if one exists, and a short history of previous attempts. Do not send verification codes, passwords or unnecessary personal documents in an initial inquiry.
After the review, we identify the relevant evidence and agree on a secure way to handle it. You retain ownership of the business account. Our fee covers preparation and support; Google makes the verification decision.
Common questions
How long does Google Business Profile verification take?
Google currently describes a review of up to five business days after verification steps, with some reviews taking longer. Total project time also includes preparation and any correction or follow-up.
Why is Google asking me to verify my business again?
Google may request additional verification after business information changes or when earlier evidence was insufficient. We review the message and profile history before changing details or attempting another submission.
How much does it cost to verify a business on Google?
We charge for agreed preparation and support, with the price based on the work needed. Hiring us does not purchase Google's approval or a shortcut through its review.
How can I tell if my profile is verified?
Check the status in the account that manages your profile and any confirmation from Google. A listing appearing in search alone does not establish that you control a verified profile. We can review the status with you.
What should I do if my video verification was rejected?
Read the Review issues message first. We help identify the missing evidence and plan a new attempt that addresses it, rather than resubmitting the same recording.
