From Google Suspension to $40K Revenue in the First Month (Appliance Repair Business)

The Situation

The business was newly launched and the owner initially tried to set up everything independently.

However, shortly after launch, both critical systems were affected:

• the Google Ads account was suspended 1/24/26

• the Google Business Profile was also suspended 1/25/26

The profile was initially verified via text message, but about a week later it was suspended by Google, which completely removed the business from search visibility with already collected 3 reviews from customers.

At that point the owner contacted our agency to resolve the situation.

The first priority was restoring Google’s trust and correcting the setup.

• prepared and submitted the correct documentation to restore the Google Ads account

• reviewed the Google Business Profile setup and addressed the suspension

Once the accounts were reinstated, we immediately relaunched the advertising campaigns and optimized the setup for local appliance repair searches.
